MSME Development Office (MSME-DO), Jaipur was set up on 14th January 1958 and is engaged in promotion and development of Small Scale Industries in the State of Rajasthan. The important consultancy services provided by the Institute include techno-economic and managerial services and basic input in the form of information required to set up new unit . The entrepreneurs are guided suitably to enable them to start their own ventures.

MSME-DO Jaipur is located at Bais Godam Industrial Estate, Jaipur. The important functions of the institutes are assistance and consultancy services rendered to the MSME Sector in the State are as under :

  • Preparation of State industrial profile, District Industrial potential surveys, sample surveys etc and production indices.
  • Preparation/updation of project profiles, feasibility reports etc.
  • Organising Entrepreneurial Development Programmes.
  • Management Development Programmes.
  • Skill Development Programmes Motivational campaigns.
  • MSME is warping for cluster development in the State of Rajasthan under Small Industry Cluster Development Programme.
